Responsible Gaming

This page sets out how this site handles gambling risk and what a reader can and cannot get from it directly. It covers the help links carried on every page, some practical points worth thinking about before staking money, and what this build does not do.

Find the independent help links on this page

Every page of this site, including this one, carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: begambleaware.org, gamblingtherapy.org and gamcare.org.uk. These are the only outbound links on the whole site that are not commercial. Unlike the operator links, they carry no sponsored marking, they are set to nofollow, and they open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when a reader follows one of them.

The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this build, including on the front page and at the end of every operator listing. Each of the ten operator listings closes with the same line: check availability and the current terms at the destination before claiming anything, because eligibility rules and terms apply there and can change without notice. Everything a reader can actually do with money happens after leaving this site — each operator link redirects to a third party, and from that point the destination's rules, checks and account controls apply, not anything published here.

Think about the stake before you place it

Decide the amount before starting and treat it as already spent. Deciding in advance, while you are not mid-session, keeps the number a plan rather than a reaction to how the game is going.

Never chase a loss. Trying to win back money already lost usually means raising the stake under pressure, which increases the amount at risk rather than recovering it.

Keep gambling out of borrowed money. Money that is owed elsewhere changes what a loss actually costs you, well beyond the value of the stake itself.

Take breaks, and involve someone else early if it stops feeling like entertainment. A second person can notice a pattern you are too close to see, and raising it early is easier than raising it later.

Know what this page cannot do

Controls such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion belong to an operator account. This build has no account, no form and no server-side application, so nothing published here can switch one on, check one or enforce one; those controls live only at the destination once an account exists there.

Nobody's age is verified on this site and no gambling takes place on it — any check of that kind happens at the destination. No advertising or behavioural profiling network is present in these pages, so nothing here is targeted at a reader who has shown risky behaviour.
